...Why?
Do I really need to go into it? Put simply, I'm American. The French would say the same about us as well.

We're the most hatful and murderous of enemies to never get around to having a war in the history of humanity, I think.

Well we did fight. The War of 1812 was against the French as well but we never declared on them, just sunk their warships.

Have a feeling some Germans would have loved it. They get to keep all the art treasures as the Germans have a great appreciation for art and beauty. On the other hand, the French are very volatile and difficult to handle. Probably better to keep all the French in one country and let them manage their own chaos.

And they make some damn good beer too! I just wish I could afford it. I could just see me relaxing around the ol beer garden. Now that would be a vacation worth taking.

Right. A friend of mine visited in October last year, and he said it was great fun. Especially in the southern parts of Germany. The Norther parts of Germany seem to be a little more uptight.

Wow, see? Who said radical bordering-on-insane leftists can't get along with right-wingers?

*scoffs*

Is this an offer or just hypothetical?

This is an if I ever have the money. I hate going anywhere without money. And I would need lots of beer money.
