Thank you for correcting my first part.
Your second part is a tad off though what major bombing attacks were done by Christians.
The USS Cole Muslim, The two US Embassies that were bombed Muslims, The army barracks in the 80's Muslim. The Libya Embassy attack Muslim.
If you mean here at home and are talking Oklahoma City It was done by a Christian's back by a Muslim Group. Which was brought out in court. So Major attack has not been done by Christians.
You maybe for an American Empire I can say I am not. It is not our right to force the world to have our ideals our religion. You are in for a big failure. Every empire in history has toppled over and broken and it will happen to the US soon too.
Globalism is a farce as far as I am concerned. It can never be achieved because the people of the world will never see eye to eye on anything. If they do get it started in someway it will fail.
The US should worry about the US and its citizens not everybody but there own. I don't care about Bagdad and what goes on there I care about this country and what goes on here. Let them solve their own problem.

In the case of Afghanistan, I see 2 reasons for US troops to be there, neither having anything to do with imperialism, or forcing anyone to do what you want, (other than that which would keep them from harming you).
1. To deny al Qaeda the use of Afghanistan, as a place to have training camps to train terrorists to make bombs and deliver them.
2. To have troops in close proximity to Pakistan, so as to be able to quickly move into Pakistan and secure their 100+ nuclear warheads, in the the event that the fragile Pakistani govt might fall, and the nukes fall into the hands of Islamist loons. And some might say the US troops are the only reason why that Pakistani govt has its power, period.
There is not an islamic jihad either.Qoran never mentions such a thing .God just advises you to defend yourself against the attacks instead of attacking without a reason......

2. There are 2 basic types of jihad. Both have the same end goal. To destroy western civilization, and replace it with a worldwide caliphate (Islamic state). While he may give lip service to the Islamic theocracy, which he suggests is based on justice, independence, self-sufficiency and piety, he still ships weapons and manpower to support the "Jihad" against the Israelis.
