Since it is spelled out so clearly that the supreme court is the sole determinant of the constitutionality of any given law would you provide me with the Article and Section where you found such an amazing statement?

Actually it is for the people to decide. Tyranny comes in many forms. You raised the issue. You own it. We do not have to put up with tyrants even when they wear black robes.
